Studio Somatics (soma, Bengali: সোমা), founded by Laureen Andalib at Harvard Business School in 2022, is a design and movement studio that engages activism, performance, and somatic collisions to address trauma and censorship, liberation, and lost legacies across collectives. By interrogating relationships between material, movement, psyche, and land— our stories, media, and designs move towards desires for reconciliation through self-determination, revival, and healing through embodied representation. We are world-building and healing through the chaos— returning to sentient stories of our bodies and planet.
